ABDC6 auditions - LA Pt. 2: Funk Beyond Control, Inside the Box, Jungle Jills, Klaamation, Knucklehead Zoo

Time for more attention and information on the crews that did well at the America's Best Dance Crew Season 6 auditions and might be chosen to appear on the show.  We know names for most of the crews that did well during their auditions.  We will soon run a contest to let you 'cast' which of the crews you think should make it to ABDC6 Top 10.  To help you choose and give these crews some exposure, we'll spotlight each of them and show any recent performance videos we can find.

Today: Part 2 in our coverage of the Los Angeles auditions, featuring seven more crews that made it to callbacks during the LA tryouts. Tomorrow: Part 3 of 5  on our coverage of the LA crews.
  • Funk Beyond Control are a young group from San Francisco; all the members who auditioned for ABDC are teens. Here's their November 2010 performance at Showdown 3

  • Jungle Jills is a girl group from Los Angeles that describe themselves as "a modern day Concrete Roses with tribal ancestry." Click here for a Danceplug interview with them at the 2011 World of Dance Awards. Follow them on Facebook. Here's their performance at the awards.
