Video: ABDC-Themed event for Culture Shock New Paltz
Culture Shock Dance Troupe Performing an ABDC themed routine at the 2010 Carribash Fashion Show in April. It's not ABDC 6, but I'll take even a loose substitute!
Video: Traci (Fly Khicks) dancing to 'OMG'
Traci Young of Fly Khicks (America's Best Dance Crew Season 3) choreographed a dance to Usher's 'OMG' for the 2010 Zo's Summer Groove baskbetball game. The combined sensuality and athleticism remind me of why Fly Khicks went far during ABDC3. From Heatdiva Youtube Channel. Thanks for the tip, Brandon!

Enter Week 11 of ABDC Master Mix Contest now!
The end is ALMOST here. We're at Week 11 of our 12-week ABDC Master Mix Contest,
completely created by Dirtface X. In
this variant on Name
that Tune, our video contains a sample of an ABDC Master Mix,
followed by a judge's comment about the routine. Your challenge: identify
the tune AND the crew
who performed it. You can use the tune name announced by Mario Lopez,
instead of trying to identify the name of the exact song in the clip..
The mixes were prepared by District78.com. Full episodes of the programs can be found
on MTV.com. Whoever can correctly
identify the most routines
(crew and song title) will be the winner. Click here for all the rules.
For those of you who have trouble watching the videos, here's the judge's comment. Lil Mama: "...I like that y'all really got into character..."
Please send all entries to ABDCContest@gmail.com. MAKE SURE YOU USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS EVERY TIME SO I CAN TRACK AND SCORE YOUR ENTRIES PROPERLY! Remember -- only your first entry will count, so take your time and get it right the first time! All entries for Week 11 must be received by midnight on September 26.

DirtfaceX's field report (with video) on Hype 5-0's performance at Ailvin Ailey in New York City
DirtfaceX attended ABDC5's Hype 5-0 workshops and performance at the Alvin Ailey extension on September 18 2010, and shares this report:
"The event scheduled two master class workshops and a night of performances. The unique part of the event was that the four best dancers from the workshops (chosen by Hype 5-0) received free classes from Alvin Ailey and the opportunity to perform with the crew later that night!
The first workshop was taught by Josh & Britney. The second was taught by Will, Allen, and John. I participated in the first workshop - but I couldn't keep up - and eventually sat out and watched. From what I experienced and saw, both workshops were pretty intense. Everyone did a great job teaching. At the end of each class, the 4 dancers were chosen and everyone went and got ready for the performances."
Click here to read the rest of the report, including comments on the performances, the meet-and-greet- and the performance. The video is not created by him --it's from the Starlight448 Youtube Channel. Thanks for the report DirtfaceX!
