From Courthouse News comes a bizarre story: "Jabbawockeez sued Fred Nguyen (their manager) and his company FDN Holdings, claiming he sneakily increased his ownership of the group from 1 percent to 52 percent...The plaintiffs' attorney Joseph Ganley in an interview: "We believe Nguyen was able to increase his commission by manipulating the business's articles of incorporation." Ganley said Nguyen secretly and gradually increased his commissions over 10 years, the largest increase in the past three years. Ganley said Nguyen is still the group's manager but the Jabbawockeez want to stop him from taking more than he should."

Help Battlefest Tour -- Funding drive through Kickstarter to create 5-stop national tour
Battlefest recently created a KickStarter campaign to help raise $15,000 to put together a 5 city Battlefest Tour to NY, Atlanta, Memphis, Texas, and California. The Tour is set to begin March 2014 and will end November 2014. If it goes as planned, it will be extended to 5 live event tapings (one in each city) and in November they will fly the top 3 dancers from each state to NY for a huge Finale -- the "BattleFest King of the Streets Tournament" to find out who is the top dancer of the year & which City will take home the belt.
Their goal is to raise $15,000 before Oct 11th. With every amount you pledge on our Kickstarter you get cool rewards and Gifts. Click here for more information and to give.
