MWCxIME Collab - Family Feud
Posted on Brian Puspos' Youtube Channel: A collaboration between teacher and pupil before Chachi leaves for LA for ABDC6.
From the video description:
"Me and Chachi decided to do something that meant a lot to us before she left for the show. We coincidentally choreographed to the same song and section, so we decided to build the video around that. We definitely wanted to do something fun. Not only did we think it would be funny to play off the student vs. teacher concept, we also though it would be funny to play off the whole IAMME vs MOS WANTED ABDC 6 finals. The subject is a big joke to both sides of course. Especially from me, since I'm from Houston haha. I hope everyone doesn't actually take this video too seriously. Enjoy the dancing!"

Hometown Press coverage of ABDC6 crews: Phunk Phenomenon - getting 'the call' from Randy Jackson
The Daily Item (Lynn, MA newspaper) reports on hometown crew Phunk Phenomenon being chosen for America's Best Dance Crew Season 6. Favorite quotes:
- "It was the big dog himself, Randy Jackson.. who called the crew to give them the good news. When asked how he broke the news, the four simultaneously pumped their fists and chanted "yo, you, yo,"..."Then Chris hung up on him"
- Describing Kassandra, the female member of the group: She dances like a dude," DiNicola said. "She's very pretty so it's unexpected what she does. We're real high energy and raw and she matches us."
- When Phunk Phenomenon first appear on ABDC, they will wear shirts that read "Hip Hop for Hope," which is an organization that crew's director (Reia Connor) started to raise awareness and money for Sanfilippo syndrome.

ABDC6 Preview by Names are Overrated: What to expect from the crews
Hi there BBDC readers! Names are overrated here, bringing you a little preview of the upcoming season of America’s Best Dance Crew. I’ve watched videos of each of the competing crews and formed my opinions on what their strengths are and what they need to work on in order to find success on the show. Feel free to agree or disagree in the comments below!
787 Crew-San Juan, Puerto Rico
Strengths-This season’s trick crew hails from Puerto Rico. 787 is insanely athletic. Their tricks are unique and exciting and they give us creative visuals. America has shown that they have loved tricks in the past, so combined with their Puerto Rican fan base, 787 has the potential to go far.
What they need to do if they want to go far-While their tricks and visuals are very entertaining, their choreography could be crisper and cleaner. Tighten up the choreo, and they’ll be golden.
Click here to read the rest, including analysis and video for Eclectic Gentlemen, FootworKINGz, IaMmE, ICONic Boyz, Instant Noodles, JAG6ED, Phunk Phenomenon, ReQuest, and Street Kingdom.

New Contest: Predict the ABDC6 Top 4!
We will run two contests during
America's Best Dance Crew Season 6 which will extend from now through
the finale. The prize for each will be a Tshirt of your size and choice,
value up to $35.
The Top 4 contest: Submit the names of the top 4 crews -- in the order that they'll finish. For example, last season the winning entry would have read " FINAL 4: 1. Poreotix 2. Blueprint Cru 3. Hype 5-0 4. Jungle Boogie" Note: if you change your mind, you can enter again the next week, but we will only accept the FIRST entry from each commenter each week (PLEASE DO NOT USE MULTIPLE IDENTITIES!!!). The prize goes to the first person to get it right, based on the week they submit the answer. If more than one person submits the right answer in that same week, we'll employ a tiebreaker rule to be determined.
To enter: Each week, we'll publish a new post for this contest. When the weekly post is up, add a comment with the names of the final 4, specifying the final order. Subsequent weeks' entries will be accepted from Fridays (once I put up the new contest post) until 6pm ET the following Tuesday (before the next show is taped). You can enter Week 1 contest now -- deadline for the first entry: Midnight April 2, 2011. UPDATE: THE WEEK 1 CONTEST is now closed and no more entries will be accepted for this week.

- MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE WORDS 'TOP 4' in the comment (so I can search for them easily)
