Mikey (ICOnic Boyz) & Chris interview Fanny Pak before ABDC JLo Challenge: reader questions, their slogan & 'the word game'

 Chris Trondsen and 'Spiky' Mikey Fusco (ICONic Boyz) interviewed Fanny Pak before the taping of America's Best Dance Crew's JLo Challenge. The crew members talk about how they are preparing after being in the bottom 2 during the Drake Challenge, how they've progressed since Season 2, what their "Be You" slogan means, and how they come up with their choreography with the 'word game'. And they show their best 'dance' faces.

ABDC7 Crew news & video: Fanny Pak contest; love from Perez Hilton; 8 Flavahz members in "Girl Gone Wild"

- Fanny Pak is running a contest. To commemorate Preston getting kicked in the face at rehearsals, they ask you to send them your most gruesome battle photo. Prize is an autographed photo from the crew (preferably with their faces intact)
- Perez Hilton has become a fan of America's Best Dance Crew, with 3 video clips from the Madonna Challenge
- 8 Flavahz fans are finding work by some of the girls on Youtube. Joshua noted that the girls are featured in several videos on iDejAnce Youtube Channel. And, RiffRaffDC found the video of choreography from Dejan Tubic and Janelle Ginestra to "Girl Gone Wild" at 1:50 and 2:42

Hollywood Reporter has a clip of the opening number for America's Best Dance Crew's new season. In it, the five crews competing that night dance to Britney Spears' music. The crews: Fanny Pak, Step Boys, Irratik, Mix'd Elements, and 8 Flavahz. Chris Trondsen and IaMmE's Phillip 'Pacman" Chbeeb interviewed Fanny Pak before the taping of America's Best Dance Crew Season 7 Episode 1. The members introduce themselves, talk about their excitement at returning to ABDC, their gameplan of storytelling/dancing/humor for their appearances, what's happened to the FP members who aren't returning to the show, their background with Britney (this week's superstar), and Matt demonstrates his lipsynching skills.

Videos: Meet Sohey Sugihara, newest member of Fanny Pak

Fanny Pak was already one of the early favorites for America's Best Dance Crew Season 7 due to their skills, choreography, and humor. Now, there's another reason to love them -- Sohey Sugihara is their newest member. I haven't seen any videos of him dancing with Fanny Pak, but here are two videos of his earlier work. 8 Count Studios (home of America's Best Dance Crew Season 5's Blueprint Cru) is hosting Raise the Bar 8 in Montreal on March 17-18, 2012 in Montreal. This year, the choreographers include Steve Bolton (choreographer for Blueprint and the other crews in 8 Count), Blueprint members Lorena Liebman and Kim Gingras, Megan Lawson (Fanny Pak), Chachi Gonzales (IaMmE), Luther Brown, Jayson Wright, and Lyle Beniga. DanceOn released two clips from the upcoming "Honey 2" which is set on DVD/Blu-Ray on February 21, 2012. The first clip is a dance scene with Honey's group; the second is their appearance on an America's Best Dance Crew-type show, complete with Mario Lopez and Fanny Pak (robbed again!)
