Quest Workshop Part II: stunts and Choreography

At the Quest Crew workshop on May 3, the America's Best Dance Crew Season 3 winners taught both 'tricks' and choreography to the dozens of attendees. They did a superb job of breaking down the routine's performance so that most of the crowd was able to follow and look almost as good as the pros. Here's the choreo part of their workshop.
