Francine Rosas Banuelos (sister of Elektrolytes members Nico and Sal) passed away on August 24, 2013 at the age of 30. From her obituary: "She enjoyed reading, writing poetry and loved to sing with her brothers
and her cousins. She was a green belt in Kajukenbo and was employed at
NAK Martial Arts Center. She loved being around all the kids at the
dojo, and was just saying how the kids always made her day brighter.
Although she was a little firecracker she had the biggest heart."
