Michelle McNulty was the casting director for America's Best Dance Crew as well as many other reality show talent competitions including the Sing-off and the Voice). She's also one of my all-time favorite people I met while covering ABDC for several seasons, because of her humor, high spirits, and constructive positive way of working with auditioners.
