The first two winners of DancePlug's Spark Your Career were announced at the Monsters of Hip Hop show on August 7. Beat Freak Shorty picked Kaela Elmido from North Hollywood, CA and Teresa Espinosa picked Andrew Regalado from Los Angeles (seen in this Motion City Soundtrack video).
